Diesel Mechanic

Experienced Diesel Mechanic needed in the Marietta/Parkersburg and Jackson County/Kanawha County area. Will perform minor to medium repairs on Tractor Trailer Trucks. Must have own tools and be able to pass pre-employment drug test. Rate of pay is $17.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hy-Rail certification is a plus. Refrigeration or Thermo King experience is a plus. Class A CDL is a plus.

On-Site Service Technician

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer fleets. Will perform all adjustments and repairs for all trucks, trailers and any other diesel engines.

*Analyze and diagnose all problems and breakdowns

*Establish and maintain professional communications with all customers and vendors.

*Make appropriate repairs and work to solve all performance issues

*Strive to follow all safety procedures while efficiently performing scheduled equipment maintenance.

Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of two years experience needed to perform minor to medium repairs on customer fleets. Must have own tools and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Each mechanic receives their own service truck. Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, Insurance, Quarterly Bonuses and Signing Bonus if all criteria met.

Experienced Auto Diesel Service Manager

Experienced Auto Diesel Service Manager needed in the Marietta/Parkersburg area. Any candidates with prior Diesel Service Manager experience, will be considered. Past vehicle service technicians with a minimum of five years of diesel mechanic experience, as well as experience with computers, data entry, and parts experience will be considered.

Responsible for scheduling maintenance, helping with diagnosing and troubleshooting, and ordering parts for customer fleets.

*Trains, and helps to develop and motivate the service technicians while monitoring their performance.

*Always promotes the accountability and relationship between the company and our customers

*Establishes and maintains professional communications with all employees, customers and vendors.

*Works to solve all performance issues and reports directly to the Operations/Account Manager as requested.

*Strives to maintain all safety procedures while efficiently guiding scheduled equipment maintenance.

*Works closely with Operations/Accounts Manager and must be able to take good direction.

*Maintains a “can do, will do” attitude.
